Those who applied for PC,CMM earlier can collect the PC,TC & CMM from the college,the process is to
1.Write a letter addressing PRINCIPAL requesting for PC and CMM
2.Take the letter to Office room and ask Gopalam Sir to sign on it,he will check whether you have taken the other CERTIFICATES i.e., SSC,Intermediate,Study Certificates,Income,Caste,....etc
3.Give the LETTER signed by Gopalam sir to PRINCIPAL sir attender,after principal sir signed on it take it to Exam Cell,They will give you the PC,TC,CMM and take our Signatures where ever required
Note: No need any money,photos and xerox copies of Certificates

INDIAN economy is in a crisis. Our country like many other ASIAN countries,
is undergoing a severe economic crunch. Many INDIAN industries are closing
down. The INDIAN economy is in a crisis and if we do not take proper steps
to control those, we will be in a critical situation.
More than 30,000 crore rupees of foreign exchange are being siphoned out of
our country on products such as cosmetics, snacks, tea, beverages, etc...
which are grown, produced and consumed here.
A cold drink that costs only 70 / 80 paisa to produce, is sold for Rs.9 and
a major chunk of profits from these are sent abroad. This is a serious
drain on INDIAN economy.
We have nothing against Multinational companies, but to protect our own
interestsm we request everybody to use INDIAN products only atleast for the
next two years. With the rise in petrol prices, if we do not do this, the
Rupee will devalue further and we will end up paying much more for the same
products in the near future.
What you can do about it?
1. Buy only products manufactured by WHOLLY INDIAN COMPANIES.
2. ENROLL as many people as possible for this cause.....
Each individual should become a leader for this awareness. This is the only
way to save our country from severe economic crisis. You don't need to
give-up your lifestyle. You just need to choose an alternate product.
All categories of products are available from WHOLLY INDIAN COMPANIES.

PGECET 2013 Counselling Details

PGECET 2013 Counselling Notification was released on 23-07-2013(Tuesday),the Counselling starts from 30-07-2013(GATE/GPAT Candidates) and for PGECET 2013 students,the counselling starts from 01-08-2013(Thursday) according to the Rank Wise and followed by Web Options Selection
--> Check the corresponding date and Time according to your PGECET Rank
--->For Certificates Verification you can go to any of the above Help Line Centers
--->Candidates have to pay non-refundable processing fee of Rs.300/- (SC/ST) and Rs.600/-(others) at
the time of certificate verification
---> Income Certificate and Caste Certificate are compulsory incase of Fee Re-imbursement and they should be renewaled
---> Residence Certificate is needed if you studied outside of the A.P. state or else if you did not study in any Government Recognized School or College
---> The Original Certificates should be submitted at the time of Verification
---> After verification, the candidate shall proceed to issue counter. The following documents will be issued to the
candidate
a) Receipt of Certificates b) Scratch Card.
---> The “Scratch Card” contains serial number and hidden “Password”. The candidate is required to verify whether
the serial number on the scratch card is the same as the one printed on the Receipt of Certificate. Any discrepancy
should be brought to the notice of the camp officer / coordinator immediately for correction.
PROCEDURE FOR WEB COUNSELLING
3. Instructions to candidate window will be displayed as follows..
4. Read the instructions carefully, then click I Understood button.
5. Enter the details as shown in the option form and click on Submit button.
6. Option form will be displayed as shown below with colleges on the left side. This window displays all the eligible colleges based on gender and specialization.
--->Two types of filters are available to minimize the selection list. The first filter is Alphabetical order and another filter as per the District.
---> For example, if you select Hyderabad District in the District combo box, the list of colleges available in Hyderabad District alone will be displayed.
--->If you Type one of the Alphabets, for example “P” is Typed, then the college codes starting with alphabet “P” will be displayed.
---> Select the college on left window and click to add to the right side window as option number one. Then next one will be added as second option and so on. The priority of options is displayed on the right side window.
--->You can Modify the priority of options by clicking on the Modify button. Select an option, drag it to the required place and drop. Automatically the option will be moved to the new location and the priority numbers will be renumbered. (OR) Select the option and press the UP/DOWN arrow buttons present in between the tables to move up/down one level.
---> Select an option and Click the Delete button, then the option will be deleted from the selected list.
After satisfying with the selected list of colleges and their priorities, click on Save button and enter the Scratch card password through the virtual key board available on the screen and mobile number and click Confirm button, then the selected options are saved
7. If the candidate is not interested to change the options any more, then Freeze button is to be clicked. If the options are frozen, they cannot be changed. However, to modify the Frozen options, the candidates may approach the help line center.
8. The Saved or Frozen options can be viewed and/or print through the Print options (Saved/Frozen) link from home page also.
9. The options exercised will be closed at 00.00 Hrs mid night on the last date specified for web options in the notification.
10. The options registered in the server will be frozen automatically on the last day specified in the notification and shall be used for seat allotment.
11. The options will be processed on the dates specified and the results will be communicated through SMS message to the mobile number, which you have provided and you can also take a print of the provisional allotment order from the website.
Do's and Don'ts:
--> Check college codes and course codes thoroughly before entering options
--> Write college codes and course codes in the order of preference on a white paper before entering into web.
--> Do not select college / course casually in which you are not interested.
--> Avoid using slow internet facility.
--> Allotments will be made in the order of preference of options and exercise utmost care while entering options.
--> Allotments will be made in the rank order:-
--> Allotment made in the web counseling is final and cannot be altered under any circumstances. Therefore only such colleges and courses that candidate will join without any hesitation should be chosen.

This is my Experience as I went to the college today for CERTIFICATES
The certificates which you have to take from the college are
i)SSC
ii)Intermediate
iii)B.Tech Individual Marks Memo (Semester wise) from EXAM CELL
iv)Course Completion Certificate(CCC)
v)PC(Provisional Certificate)
vi)CMM(Consolidated Marks Memo)
vii)OD
viii)Any other Originals(Caste Certificate,Income Certificate) if you submitted in the OFFICE
CMM,PC,OD will be given for everyone after one month only
Now everyone can take the B.Tech Individual Certificates and Course Completion Completion Certificate
B.Tech Individual Certificates(Semester wise) will be given in the EXAM CELL directly
If you are going for PGECET Counselling then you have to submit the PGECET Rank Card 2013 Xerox copy,then only you will get your SSC,Intermediate,Transfer Certificate,any other original certificates(Caste,Income,..etc)
If you got JOB and you need your SSC,Intermediate,Transfer Certificates,other Original Certificates then you have to bring the CALL LETTER Xerox copy
If you did not write PGECET and did not get Job then your SSC,Intermediate,other certificates will be given along with PC and CMM certificates after one month,this candidates will be given only COURSE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE only at Present
Check whether you have paid all these whether you have paid or not
i)College Library Fine and returned the books which you have taken
ii)Department Library Fine,returned the books and DONATED TWO BOOKS
iii)PROJECT FEE - Rs 8500/-
iv)Events Fee - Rs 500/-
v)BTechguru Fee - Rs 350/-
vi)ALUMINI Fee - Rs 200/-
vii)Semester Fee
viii)College Bus Fee
ix)Laptop Fee(Its better to bring the Receipts with you to the college)
Bring atleast Rs1500/- with you to the College
PROCESS
1.Take the NO DUE form (ECE) from the Exam cell
2.Write your Name,Roll No.,Date on No due form
3.You have to take the Signatures of only the LAB Incharges from I Year- IV Year,H.O.Ds of all Departments,T&P Cell,Central Library,Department Library,PD(Physical Director),Laptop and Exam Cell,Admin Office,..etc.
If anyone is not present then ask the next incharge to put the Signature on NO DUE Form
4.After Completion of Signatures on NO DUE Form,you have to write TWO Letters addressing the PRINCIPAL,
a)One letter is for CCC(Course Completion Certificate),incase if you need SSC,Inter then you have to provide the proof also along with the Letter,for Eg:PGECET Rank Card Xerox Copy,Call Letter Xerox Copy
b)Another Letter for PC,CMM,OD
5.Submit the DUE form and the TWO Letters written to PRINCIPAL and Proofs like PGECET Rank Card,JOB call Letter if you need the SSC,INTERMEDIATE Marks Memo,...etc in the office room and they ask to come the next day evening to take the CCC
